The Service Works program is a resource to connect residents of The Service Center (and other Seawall properties in the future) to local volunteer opportunities. Residents will be able to discover and support local organizations while deepening their connection to the neighborhoods around them.

The Service Works program encourages residents/participants to connect with their community outside of the physical building by partnering with surrounding neighborhood organizations, local non profits and environmental groups to support local initiatives.

Greater Remington Improvement Association
GRIA is an independent, resident-based neighborhood association that: provides an inclusive forum for discussion of Remington community issues, facilitates resident-led initiatives, connects residents to local resources, and more.
Church of the Guardian Angel
Church of the Guardian Angel's Food Pantry strives to alleviate hunger in our community by providing food assistance to individuals and families in need. We offer food to meet basic nutritional needs. Volunteers support this mission.
Village Learning Place
The Village Learning Place is an independent non-profit library that houses educational programs, enrichment opportunities, and informational resources for Charles Village and throughout Baltimore City.

What happens when you volunteer:
For every hour you volunteer through the Service Works program, we’ll make a donation to the nonprofit you helped*.
*Up to four hours a month.
